Parature, from Microsoft is an industry-leading cloud-based customer service platform that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com and other third-party case management systems. Parature offers Knowledge Management, Service-Service Portals and Multi-Channel Engagement for consistent customer care experiences … anytime and everywhere.

After Parature was acquired by Microsoft, we updated their brand and messaging, developed their responsive website, and applied their new branding and user experience to their demo, test drive and application. We have since developed a custom Media Asset Library application, where multimedia assets can be shared with customers, and a portfolio of sales collateral and infographics.
